This August, Saffron welcomes Chef Nooror, master chef from Blue Elephant, for Table of Legends, a special two night collaboration between two celebrated Thai kitchens. Chef Nooror joins Saffron's own Chef Tipa and Chef Worapong to create a five course dinner built around the rarest and finest seasonal ingredients gathered from across Thailand, each dish a tribute to the depth and abundance of the country's produce. More than a meal, the evening is a celebration of Thai cuisine at its very best, a quiet expression of pride in what Thailand's land and kitchens have to offer.
