🟡 Where are the table service entrances?

• Upon entering the venue, please keep an eye out for signs that guide you towards the table check-in service desk.

🟡 What to expect when you arrive

• Present your E-ticket, obtained from your online booking, to the service desk staff. Settle the remaining 50% balance, using cash, credit cards, or by QR code scan.

• The individual responsible for the reservation will be requested to sign a commitment envelope, thereby agreeing to the terms of the table purchase where a credit card and ID will be placed in an envelope and securely kept by the table door team until the close of the service.

  • In cases where the cardholder and the reservation holder are not the same, we will kindly ask the cardholder to sign the commitment envelope. Furthermore, their credit card and identification will be collected.

• Reservation holders and their guests will be wristbanded upon arrival.

  • Table check-in starts from 13:00 onwards. However, in the event that no member of your party arrives before 18:00, we reserve the right to resell your table. Please note that in such cases, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

  • No, you do not need to send us a list of your guests 

  • Yes, guests may arrive separately. Check-in process HERE.

  • Note: late guests that arrive must inform our door team the reservation name, we will track until the maximum table count is reached.

• After check-in you should receive a card/token to go to our security check area for ID verification, bag inspection, gentle pat-downs if needed, and metal detector scanning.

• After wristbanding and security check, show our staff your table card/token they  will promptly guide you and your guests to your designated table, where your package bottle will be presented within 15 minutes.

• For guests who arrive after you, they will need to undergo a security check, receive wristbands, and then proceed to your table.

• Event start 14:00 and end time 23:00

🟡 Set times

• Table service personnel cannot provide you with set times. When set times become available, they will be visible on our social media feeds.
