 **Three unique types of tea**, each of which reveals the taste of the moment. We have carefully selected teas that will help you tune into deep self-awareness and immerse yourself in true harmony. As you transition from one flavor to the next, you'll feel how each sip becomes a meditative ritual.

 **Gong meditation** — the sound of the gong immerses you in silence, penetrating the depths of your consciousness. The layered vibrations of the gong calm the mind, uncovering hidden corners of the soul and body. This sound helps relieve tension, harmonize inner processes, and deepen your awareness of each moment.

 **Breathing practice** designed to restore balance and relaxation. We will guide you to breathe deeply and mindfully, cleansing the mind, restoring energy, and helping you feel in harmony with yourself and the world around you.

Every action, from brewing the tea to deep breathing and the sound of the gong, helps you slow down your inner rhythm, clear your thoughts, and feel the present moment.
