มีส่วนต่างที่ลูกค้าต้องจ่ายเพิ่มเติมในช่วงวันเข้าพักวันที่ 10 มกราคม 2564 ถึง 28 กุมภาพันธ์ อยู่ที่ 10,000 บาทต่อห้อง ต่อคืน (ทำการจ่ายตรงกับโรงแรม)
มีส่วนต่างที่ลูกค้าต้องจ่ายเพิ่มเติมในช่วงวันเข้าพักวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2564 ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2564 อยู่ที่ 5,000 บาทต่อห้อง ต่อคืน (ทำการจ่ายตรงกับโรงแรม)
ช่วงเวลาในการเข้าพัก:
สามารถเข้าพักได้ทั้งวันธรรมดาและสุดสัปดาห์ตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 กันยายน 2563 - 31 พฤษภาคม 2564
บัตรกำนัลห้องพักนี้ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ช่วงวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2563 - 9 มกราคม 2564 ; 9 - 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 และ 2-15 เมษายน 2564
เงื่อนไขการยกเลิก:
บัตรกำนัลห้องพักซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
การแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง:
การจองห้องพักสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามเงื่อนไขวันเข้าพักและขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆที่ระบุไว้ในบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก

• ราคาที่แสดงคือราคาต่อแพ็คเกจซึ่งรวมส่วนลดและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถใช้กับสิทธิ์เราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้
• การไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองห้องพักไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก
• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลและหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่โรงแรมตอนเช็คอิน โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลห้องพักต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้
• ราคาบัตรกำนัลห้องพักรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักแต่ละใบ ใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักตามจำนวนคืน และสิทธิประโยชน์ตามที่ระบุบนบัตร
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักหนึ่งใบใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งเดียว โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ในแพ็คเกจต้องใช้ภายในการเข้าพักครั้งเดียวกัน
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักนี้ใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุบนบัตร โดยไม่สามารถต่ออายุได้
• ไมเนอร์ โฮเทลส์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลห้องพักสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลห้องพักดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่

• ในกรณีที่ไม่มีการเข้าพักเมื่อถึงกำหนดตามวันที่จอง จะถือว่าได้ใช้สิทธิ์ทั้งหมดของบัตรกำนัลห้องพักแล้ว และไม่สามารถนำบัตรกำนัลห้องพักมาใช้ได้อีก
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักที่หมดอายุ และคิดราคาเต็มหากคุณต้องการเข้าพักตามวันเวลาที่ได้ทำการจอง
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขบางประการหรือทั้งหมด โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และมีผลบังคับใช้ทันที

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservation may not be canceled. Full payment will be forfeited.
