• Valid for Thai residents and expats only. A Thai ID, work permit, or long-stay visa is required at check-in. Failure to do so result in full charge of the rate on the stay date.
• Guests must be over 18 years old for individual check-in.
• This E-voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Inclusions are for registered guests only and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form.
• A minimum of 1-day advance notice is required for early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability). 
• Inclusions for F&B Discount cannot be used on alcoholic beverages and Paco aca.
• Guests must present the same credit card used when booking to the Front Office.
• If the room is not occupied after the scheduled date, it will be seen as No Show and the charge will be applied accordingly, unless a minimum 1-day prior notice was made.
• All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
