• This voucher is valid for weekday stays (Sunday through Friday) from 1 March to 30 September 2026.

• Supplement charge of THB 1,000/room/night applies on Weekends (Saturday) for all room types (except Play & Stay Package Voucher, which is valid daily). Public Holidays and Festive period are subject to additional charges.

• Supplement charge at THB 1,500/room/night for Public holidays, all room types 

  • March 2026: Tuesday 3

  • April 2026: Sunday 5 and Monday 6

  • May 2026: Friday 1, Saturday 2, Sunday 3, Friday 29, and Saturday 31

  • June 2026: Monday 1 and Wednesday 3

• Supplement charge at THB 2,000/room/night for Festives (KOLOUR & Songkran), all room types for any reservation during 28 February - 11 March 2026 (*Out of this event period, the Festive supplement charged is event period supplement at 2,500/room/night for Festives, all room types*)

• Food & Beverage Credit is applicable on weekends & weekdays (except Kolour 11 April) and for all villas.

• Guests will receive a complimentary Not Your Standard Cocktail Hour at Praça from 3 PM - 4 PM daily when staying in the Villa. 

• Corner Family and Plush Pool Villa applicable for a maximum 4 persons for breakfast.

• The 3rd person extra charge is THB 1,800 net per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, and can stay only in Suites and Villas except Canopy Villas. Sofa bed for Standard room, Deluxe room and Canopy Villa (Extra bed/sofa bed, subject to availability).

• Kids below 6 years old stay for free, including breakfast, and it does not include an extra bed.

• Kids between 6-11 years old will be charged THB 400.- /person/night and share an existing bed. 

• Kids between 6-11 years old will be charged THB 900.- /person/night, including breakfast. (Extra bed/Sofa Bed, subject to availability)

• Baby cot is available upon request (subject to availability)

• **The pet fee (dog or cat) is THB 1,500.- /room/night with maximum 2 pets/room.**

• **Pets can stay only in Standard Rooms and villas—please contact the hotel with queries. Villas can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets, up to 20 kg each.**

• The validity of expired vouchers cannot be extended. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemable to cash.
