Thailand's Favourite Restaurants by Koktail Presented by Siam Paragon 2023
Culinary Event of the Year, Thailand's Favourite’s Restaurants by Koktail presented by Siam Paragon will host Charity Gala Dinners on 27th and 28th October at Parc Paragon 7PM to 9.30PM and an auction in support of the LPN Foundation's mission to combat sea-bound slavery and to help enhance Thailand’s global reputation as a true gastro destination for sustainable dining.
10 award-winning chefs from Thailand, with 4 special guests from across Asia, will join hands over the two evenings of 27th and 28th October to present magical ten-course meals. Each menu will be accompanied by either a fine selection of wines or a special soft drink pairing.
The event is hosted by MediaMagination Co., Ltd publisher of Koktail Magazine and Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants by Koktail dining guide, in partnership with Siam Paragon. This event is proudly sponsored by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Citibank/UOB, Jagota, TPN, Bangkok Liquor and Riedel. Our media partners include CNN, TikTok, and Gastrofilm, and we are honoured to have the LPN Foundation as our charity beneficiary partner.
In total 14 talented chefs will be cooking over the two nights in the air-conditioned marquee at Parc Paragon being specially commissioned for this event. Each dish will be prepared open-kitchen style in front of the guests and the menus will change somewhat on each evening. There are only 40 places available each night and early bird prices are offered only until October 8th.
