- Gift certificates can be used for all managed facilities within the hotel including room rate, restaurants and bars, spa, mini-bar and laundry for example. If you have any questions relating to validity of vouchers, please contact the hotel in advance.
- Credit vouchers need to be used per stay/ visit and cannot be split for future visits.
- Credit vouchers will be applied to guest folio at time of checkout for guests staying and applied to the final cheque at any of our venues or spa when the voucher is presented.
