TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Vouchers are inclusive of a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
• Vouchers are valid until 31st October 2026 (blackout dates applicable).
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This voucher is valid for one-time use only, within the specified validity period.
• Reservations are subject to advance booking and availability.
• Guests must present the original voucher to staff before check-in (the voucher cannot be reissued if lost).
• Blackout dates, including long weekends and public holidays, are at the sole discretion of the hotel and subject to change without prior notice.
• The voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang is a family and pet-friendly hotel. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing children or pets, as this may be subject to extra charges.
• For stays with more than 2 guests, an additional charge of THB 2,000 per person per night applies (includes extra bed and breakfast). For children aged 7–12 years, an additional charge of THB 690 per person per night applies (includes breakfast, no extra bed).
• Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance of arrival, and the original voucher number must be provided at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior to the arrival date.
• In the event of a no-show, the voucher will be forfeited and cannot be used again under any circumstances.
• The number of rooms available per day for voucher redemption is limited; room confirmation is subject to the allocated availability.
• The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision, at its sole discretion, and such decision shall be final and binding.

• Voucher รวมค่าบริการ 10% และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% แล้ว
• Voucher ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือข้อเสนออื่นได้
• Voucher มีอายุการใช้งานจนถึงวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2569 (มีวันหยุด Blackout ตามที่กำหนด)
• Voucher ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน แลกเปลี่ยน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
• Voucher นี้ใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น
• การสำรองห้องพักต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้า และขึ้นอยู่กับห้องว่าง ณ ขณะนั้น
• แสดงบัตรห้องพักฉบับจริงกับเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนเข้าพัก (บัตรห้องพักไม่สามารถออกใหม่ทดแทนได้)
• วันหยุดที่ไม่สามารถใช้ Voucher ได้ (Blackout Dates) รวมถึงวันหยุดยาวและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของโรงแรม และอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• บัตรห้องพักไม่สามารถต่ออายุได้ในทุกกรณี
• The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang เป็นโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับครอบครัวและสัตว์เลี้ยง กรุณาแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าหากท่านเดินทางมาพร้อมเด็กหรือสัตว์เลี้ยง โดยอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
• กรณีลูกค้าเข้าพักมากกว่า 2 ท่าน ชำระเพิ่ม 2,000 บาทต่อท่าน ต่อคืน (รวมเตียงเสริมและอาหารเช้า) สำหรับเด็กอายุ 7-12 ขวบ ชำระเพิ่ม 690 บาทต่อท่าน ต่อคืน (รวมอาหารเช้า ไม่เสริมเตียง)
• ต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก และต้องระบุหมายเลขบัตรห้องพักตัวจริงในการสำรองห้องพัก
• ต้องทำการยกเลิกล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก
• กรณีไม่มีการเข้าพักตามวันที่สำรองห้องพักไว้ (no-show) บัตรกำนัลจะถูกยกเลิก และไม่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ได้ในทุก
• จำนวนห้องพักต่อวันสำหรับการใช้บัตรกำนัลมีจำนวนจำกัด การยืนยันห้องพักขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างที่จัดสรรไว้
• The Chill Resort & Spa, Koh Chang ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• ในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาทเกิดขึ้น ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้าย ตามดุลยพินิจของโรงแรมแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
