• Advance reservations are required. Reservations are to be made with the hotel’s reservation department directly by stating the intention of redeeming the gift vouchers.

• Gift vouchers can be applied towards future accommodation stays and consumption of food & beverages at all outlets in the hotel except IGNIV Bangkok & Zuma. Not applicable at ELEMIS Spa.
• Gift vouchers cannot be applied towards banquets and catering events held in hotel’s function rooms.
• Gift vouchers should not be used to prepay or guarantee hotel stays. Hotel has to take a credit card for the method of payment upon check in for the full amount (room rate, tax, and incidentals). The voucher value will only be processed upon check-out.
• Gift vouchers need to be used per stay and cannot be split for future stays.
• Gift vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Each gift voucher is valid for a one (1) time use and any amount not utilised will not be refunded.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used with other certificates, vouchers or other special offers and/or discounts.
• Gift vouchers are not applicable those booked using the following methods:
- The guest room was booked through a tour operator, wholesaler, travel industry rates, organized tours bookings, online travel channel or other third-party channel including, without limitation, expedia.com, hotwire.com, priceline.com, orbitz.com, booking.com, travelocity.com; or
- The guest room was booked at a group rate as part of an event, meeting, conference or organized tour, and the guest does not directly pay the Participating Property for such room; or
- The guest room was booked through Marriott Bonvoy points redemption stays, Marriott Bonvoy Cash + Points, Marriott Bonvoy Pointsavers, Marriott Explore rate and Explore Friends rate.
• Gift vouchers are not applicable during hotel’s black-out dates from 24 – 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive.
