OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event: Aquaria Live in Bangkok 2026 – The Total Mayhem Date: Sunday, 25 January 2026 Venue: BEAT Active, Bangkok Showtime: 20:00 - 22:00

By purchasing a ticket to Aquaria Live in Bangkok 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final: Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred for cash, or refunded under any circumstances, including personal inability to attend.

Cancellation Exception: A full refund will only be issued if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer. In such an event, instructions for the refund process will be announced via official channels.

2. Event Schedule
Please observe the strict timeline below to ensure you do not miss any part of the experience.

17:30: Doors Open for VIP Ticket Holders (Registration)
18:00: Doors Open for General Admission
18:00 – 19:30: VIP Meet & Greet Session
20:00 – 22:00: SHOWTIME

3. Ticketing, Entry & Wristbands
E-Ticket Policy: Attendees must present their actual E-Ticket (via official PDF or the ticketing Application) for scanning.

ID Verification: A valid Government-issued ID card or Passport matches the name on the ticket is required for verification.
Wristbands: Upon validation, you will receive a wristband corresponding to your ticket tier. Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the venue.

4. Age Restriction & Guardian Policy
Minors (Under 18): Attendees under the age of 18 are permitted but MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Joint Entry: The minor and the guardian must present themselves at the entrance gate together. Minors cannot enter alone to wait inside the venue.
Ticket Requirement: Both the minor and the guardian must hold their own valid tickets.

5. VIP Privileges & Meet & Greet Rules
Time Window: The Meet & Greet session runs strictly from 18:00 – 19:30.
Late Arrival Policy: VIPs are advised to arrive for registration by 17:30. If you arrive after the session concludes at 19:30, you forfeit your Meet & Greet opportunity. No partial refunds will be given.
Signed Poster: VIPs are entitled to one (1) signed poster. This will be distributed immediately after your photo is taken.
No Direct Gifts: Gifts cannot be handed to the artist during the photo session (please see the Gift Policy below).
VIP After Party: VIP Ticket holders are entitled to entry at the Official After Party located at House of Heals.

6. Fan Projects, Gifts & Costumes
Gift Policy: While we appreciate your love for the Queen, gifts cannot be handed directly to the artist during the show or the Meet & Greet.
Please deposit all gifts at the designated "Gift Drop" area located at the registration desk.
Prohibited Gifts: No perishable food or beverages are allowed (to prevent spoilage and ensure safety).
Costume Policy: Costumes are highly encouraged! However, please ensure that headpieces, wings, or large props do not obstruct the view of attendees behind you.
Discretion: Security or staff may ask you to remove large accessories during the show if they block the view of others.

7. Venue & Parking
Location: BEAT Active (BITEC Bang Na area).
Parking: Free parking is available for attendees for 6 hours with a validation stamp. Please stamp your parking ticket at the registration desk.

8. Safety & Prohibited Items
Security Check: A mandatory bag search will be conducted upon entry.
Prohibited Items:
- Weapons, sharp objects, or explosives.
- Illegal substances or drugs (Zero Tolerance Policy).
- Outside food and beverages.
- Professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless) or recording equipment without a pre-approved press pass.

Code of Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. Physical boundaries of the artist, staff, and fellow attendees must be respected at all times.
