1. The issued ticket cannot be refunded in cash or exchanged.
2. The issued ticket is non-refundable in any case except the 72th Miss Universe Competition is cancelled by the Miss Universe Organization. In this regard, the refund will be operated only the ticket fee (processing fee excluded; non-refundable in all cases).
3. We are not responsible for the ticket loss, the ticket cannot be re-issued.
4. Please present your ticket with valid QR code at the entrance.
