Terms & Conditions:

• The voucher is inclusive of 1 night stay inclusive of breakfast at selective room category
• The voucher rate is in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
• The voucher is included breakfast (Topaz Jacuzzi for 2 persons / Emerald One-Bedroom Pool Villa for 2 persons / Sapphire Two-Bedroom Pool Villa for 4 persons / Ruby Three-Bedroom Pool Villa for 6 persons) 
• Extra person charge is 1,500 net per night inclusive of breakfast
• Voucher is valid to stay within 31 October 2022 and can be used to stay on normal weekday (Sunday – Thursday)
• Supplement Charge for stays on Weekend (Fridays & Saturday) and all Long Weekends/Festive period is required to pay direct with hotel upon check-in.

• A (2) two-consecutive nights stay is required for long weekend and festive periods, which are the night of: 13 - 17 April 2022, 29 April - 02 May 2022, 13 - 16 May 2022, 03 - 05 June 2022, 13 - 17 July 2022, 28 - 31 July 2022, 12 - 14 August 2022, 13 - 16 October 2022, 21 - 24 October 2022, and other new special holidays announcement from the government

•    The voucher is non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot exchange to cash
•    The voucher is not combinable with any other promotion
•    The voucher is not valid to use as group booking of 8 rooms and more.
•    The check-in time 15:00 hrs and the check-out time 12:00 hrs (noon), Early check-in or Late check-out request is subject to availability
•    Free date change 2 times at least 5 days prior to arrival (weekday/weekend) and 7 days prior to arrival (long weekend / festive periods). On the date change, guest will have to pay additional charge if the rates are changed.

•    Date change more than 2 times will incur a date-change fee charge at THB 300 per time. Guest will also have to pay additional charge if the rates are changed.
