• ราคาบัตรกำนัลห้องพักรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถคืนเงิน แลกเปลี่ยน หรือใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด หรือข้อเสนออื่นใดได้
• นโยบายการเข้าพักสำหรับเด็กและเตียงเสริม
> เด็กอายุไม่เกิน 4 ปี เข้าพักและรับประทานอาหารเช้าฟรี 1 ท่าน เมื่อพักร่วมกับผู้ปกครองโดยใช้เตียงที่มีอยู่ภายในห้องพัก (ท่านถัดไปชำระเพิ่ม 375 บาท)
> เด็กอายุ 4–11 ปี ชำระเพิ่ม 750 บาทสุทธิ ต่อท่าน ต่อคืน รวมอาหารเช้าและเตียงเสริม
> ผู้เข้าพักอายุ 12 ปีขึ้นไป ชำระเพิ่ม 1,500 บาทสุทธิ ต่อท่าน ต่อคืน รวมอาหารเช้าและเตียงเสริม
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือมูลค่าเงินใด ๆ และไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาหลังวันหมดอายุที่ระบุไว้ได้
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะผู้เข้าพักที่มีชื่อระบุอยู่บนบัตรกำนัล Megatix เท่านั้น และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
• บัตรกำนัลแต่ละใบใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักตามจำนวนคืนและสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรกำนัล
• บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สามารถใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพัก 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ทั้งหมดจะต้องใช้ภายในการเข้าพักครั้งเดียวกัน
• กรุณาสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน โดยการใช้บัตรกำนัลขึ้นอยู่กับห้องพักว่าง ณ วันที่ทำการจอง และอาจมีช่วงวันที่ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ (Blackout Dates)
• การไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองไว้ (No Show) หรือการยกเลิกการจองภายหลังระยะเวลาที่กำหนด จะถือว่าบัตรกำนัลถูกใช้สิทธิ์แล้ว และไม่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุบนบัตรเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถขยายอายุการใช้งานได้
• โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลที่หมดอายุ และคิดค่าบริการตามอัตราปกติในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าพักประสงค์จะเข้าพักต่อ
• โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Terms & Conditions
• Voucher rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.
• Child & Extra Bed Policy
> One child aged 4 years old and below stays and enjoys breakfast free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents. Any additional child will be charged THB 375 net per child, including breakfast.
> Children aged 4–11 years are charged THB 750 net per child per night, inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed.
> Guests aged 12 years and above are charged THB 1,500 net per person per night, inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed.•
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value and may not be extended beyond the stated validity date.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the guest whose name appears on the Megatix voucher.
• Each voucher is valid for the number of nights and benefits specified on the voucher.
• Vouchers may only be redeemed once and all included benefits must be utilized during the same stay.
• Advance reservation of at least 1 day is required. Redemption is subject to room availability and blackout dates may apply.
• No-shows and cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation period will result in the forfeiture of the redeemed voucher.
• Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher and cannot be extended.
• Avani+ Khao Lak Resort shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed vouchers.
• The resort reserves the right to reject expired vouchers and charge the prevailing room rate should the guest wish to proceed with the reservation.
• The resort reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
