Siri Sala opens its doors to Team Kostow, who will delight our diners with modern American cuisine that reflects the passion for simple food cooked well.

We are pleased to welcome Chef Christopher Kostow from Napa Valley, California - the critically acclaimed chef of The Restaurant at Meadowood who is the third-youngest American born chef to ever receive the coveted Michelin three-star accolade. He also holds an award from the James Beard Foundation for Best Chef: Pacific.
