Redemption

• The gift card can be used for accommodation and other services arranged by the properties including spa services, dining (except PRU Restaurant), tennis, and other leisure activities
• Gift card will not be accepted for any other activities managed by a third party
• Gift Card can be combined with promotions (excluding package with PRU Restaurant)
• To redeem, the reservation must be made direct to Trisara ONLY.
• A valid voucher or e-voucher must be presented at the time of booking

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
• The gift card will be valid for 2 years after the date of purchase.
• The gift card may be used multiple times until the entire value has been redeemed.
• The gift card is not redeemable toward existing bookings.
• Advance reservation is required through [email protected]. Reservations are subject to availability.
• Amendment can be made 7 days prior to arrival and able to make through [email protected].
• In the event of no-show or late cancellation, the voucher will be automatically rejected and cannot be redeemed for cash in any case.
• The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The lost, destroyed, or stolen gift card will not be replaced nor refund.
