Inspired by Nickodemus’ legendary Turntables on the Hudson, Turntables on the Chao Phraya is our weekly Sunday gathering dedicated to global grooves, soulful rhythms, and feel-good dance music.

It all started two years ago, when Nickodemus and Nappy G brought their infectious blend of world music and house to the Bangkok Island dancefloor. That unforgettable session planted the seed for something we wanted to bring back to life: a regular Sunday ritual where music, people, and cultures come together by the river.

From Latin and African rhythms to tropical disco, soulful house, and unexpected musical discoveries, Turntables on the Chao Phraya is all about keeping an open mind, moving your body, and letting the music take you somewhere new.

🎧 MIZUYO
DJ Mizuyo has a magical way of blending dance tracks which have a magnetic pull even hornbills flock to hear. Her sets are where the street corners of exotic Madagascar meet high-tech dance production. Her well-manicured tropical selection will make you feel positive and peaceful.

🎧 DANCE WITH SAMMY
A dancer first, DJ second… Dance with Sammy(TM) will take you on a journey from bootlegs and Mashups, to rave classics and euphoric oldschool house hits. Expect some of that 90s disco diva sass with his extensive wax collection.

☀️ SUNDAYS ARE FOR GROOVING

Come early, grab a drink, find your spot overlooking the green shores of Bang Krachao, and watch the afternoon slowly turn into sunset. Whether you're here to dance, discover new sounds, or simply unwind with friends, there's a place for everyone.
