1. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend this concert.
2. Only individuals aged 12 and above and with a height of 140 cm and above, holding valid identification documents, are allowed entry.
3. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. Venue staff reserve the right to check participants’ identification documents to verify age; if verification fails, entry may be denied.
5. Categories B3, B4, C3, and C4 standing areas have been added with lower ticket prices compared to the previous floor plan.
6. Ticket holders from previous pricing tiers will be automatically upgraded to the highest tier within their original ticket category.
7. A Buy Now / Pay Later payment option has been added for ticket purchases.
8. VIP and Standing A ticket holders will have priority entry to the Pre-Show Party. Entry time will be announced later.
9. For installment payments, you authorize the stated amounts to be auto-charged to your card on the specified dates.
10. Failed payments may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all prior payments (no refund).
11. All installment payments must be completed; otherwise, the order will be canceled without refund.
12. Tickets are issued/delivered only after all installments have been successfully completed.
13. If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, the system will auto-charge the outstanding amount to the same card used for the initial deposit.
14. Please use the same email address for both the deposit and final payment to ensure successful processing and ticket delivery.
15. You can check your payment plan or change your credit/debit card by logging into the Megatix website, going to “My Order,” and editing your card details.
