Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must be at least 15 years old.

2. Early Bird and Regular Ticket Sales: Customers can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per account.

3. Pre-Register:

• Customers who purchase Early Bird tickets must pre-register 7 days before the event or within the timeframe specified by the event. Updates can be followed on Facebook: unseenfestival.live
• The QR Ticket received can be used for pre-registration via the Casheers application or https://casheers.com/pre-registration. One QR Ticket per device only.

4. Customers must present the QR Code received on the Casheers application at the entrance, along with their ID card, to verify entry and receive a wristband. One QR Code per person per entry.

5. Once pre-registered, the ticket holder's information cannot be changed.

6. A scanned QR Code will show as "used" and cannot be scanned again.

7. Promotional tickets are only sold through the website www.megatix.in.th. The company is not responsible for tickets purchased through other channels.

8. Selling or distributing tickets for advertising or promotional purposes without company permission is illegal.

9. The organizer does not allow tickets to be used for commercial purposes or promotions, such as discounts, exchanges, giveaways, unless consent is obtained from the organizer.

10. The organizer reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.

11. In case of ticket loss, the company reserves the right not to reissue tickets under any circumstances.

12. Photography and video recording of the audience and the event atmosphere will be used for concert advertising and promotional purposes.

Note:

• Ticket prices do not include VAT and other fees
• Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-upgradeable.
• The organizer is not responsible for tickets bought from unauthorized persons or channels.

เงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดงาน

1. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้องมีอายุ 15 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป

2. รอบการขายบัตร Early Bird และ Regular: ลูกค้าสามารถซื้อบัตรได้จำนวนจำกัด 4 ใบเท่านั้น / ต่อ 1 บัญชี

3. Pre-Register

• ลูกค้าที่ซื้อบัตรรอบ Early Bird ต้องทำการทำการลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าก่อนวันงาน 7 วัน หรือตามระยะเวลาที่ทางงานกำหนด สามารถติดตามได้ที่  Facebook: unseenfestival.live
• Qr Ticket ที่ลูกค้าได้รับจะสามารถนำมา Pre-Register ผ่าน Application Casheers หรือ https://casheers.com/pre-registration  1 Qr Ticket ต่อ 1 เครื่อง เท่านั้น

4. ลูกค้านำ QR Code ที่ได้รับบน Application Casheers มาแสดงที่ประตูทางเข้า เพื่อยืนยันการเข้างาน พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน QR Code 1 ใบต่อการเข้างาน 1 คนเท่านั้น เพื่อแลกรับริสแบรนด์หน้างาน

5. บัตรที่ทำการ Pre-register เเล้วจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนข้อมูลผู้ที่เข้างานได้

6. QR Code ที่ถูกสแกนแล้วจะแสดงสถานะ “ใช้งานแล้ว” และไม่สามารถนำมาสแกนซ้ำได้

7. บัตรเข้างาน Promotion จำหน่ายทางเว็บไซต์ www.megatix.in.th เท่านั้น หากซื้อจากช่องทางอื่นๆ ทางบริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

8. การนำบัตรไปขายต่อหรือแจกเพื่อการโฆษณาหรือประชาสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัทฯ ถือว่ามีความผิดทางกฏหมาย

9. ทางผู้จัดงานไม่อนุญาตให้นำบัตรไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางการค้า, การทำโปรโมชั่นกับสินค้า เช่น การลด, แลก, แจก, แถม เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมจากทางผู้จัดงาน

10. ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

11. กรณีบัตรสูญหาย ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการออกบัตรให้ใหม่ทุกกรณี

12. ภายในงานมีการถ่ายภาพนิ่งและภาพเคลื่อนไหวของผู้ชมและบรรยากาศภายในงาน เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์งานคอนเสิร์ตผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ

หมายเหตุ

• ราคาบัตรดังกล่าวไม่รวม VAT และค่าธรรมเนียมอื่นๆ
• หลังจากสั่งซื้อบัตรเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ให้ขอยกเลิก หรือขอคืนเงินทุกกรณี (Non-refundable/ Non-upgradeable)
• ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่มีการซื้อบัตรต่อมาจากบุคคลหรือช่องทางอื่น ๆ
