• Advance reservation is required at least 5 days in advance prior to the check-in date and the booking confirmation is subject to room availability upon making a reservation.
• The voucher is non-refundable and reserved for one time usage only, cannot be exchanged for cash or other services for unused.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotions.
• The voucher(s) cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
• The Hotel reserves the rights for any changes, terms and conditions without prior notice.
• The original voucher / E-voucher must be presented to hotel staff upon arrival. If the voucher cannot be presented, the hotel reserves the right to deny the service.
