• Final entry for table check in is at 6PM with no exceptions or refunds. We reserve the right to hold the table until 6PM, after which it will be reallocated to other guests. Please be aware that we will not offer refunds for late arrival in case your table is sold.

• You may check in with at least 1 member from the table. If not all members of the group have arrived, wristbands for the entire group will be given to the person checking in, who will be responsible for distributing them at the entrance.

• Lost wristbands will not be replaced. New wristbands must be purchased at the door ticket price of THB 1,500 - 2,500.- net per person, depending on table type

• General admission wristbands are not allowed in VIP zones.

🟡 Cancellation / Refund Policy

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 30 days of the event. If over 30 days we will offer a 50% refund.

• Tables that are not checked-in and are resold after 6PM will not be refunded

🟡 Adverse Weather and Natural Events

• Our show is an all-weather event and will continue rain or shine

• In the event of extreme weather or other adverse occurrences that may prevent the event from taking place, your package value will be credited to a future event

🟡 Set times

• Table service personnel cannot provide you with set times. When set times become available, they will be visible on our social media feeds: Instagram 

🟡 What to expect when you close out

• Yes, you can take back unfinished bottles. Unfinished bottles will not be permitted into the official afterparty.

• Don't forget to settle any extra payments
