Each day offers a thoughtful balance of movement, connection and restoration. Begin with yoga, Pilates or a morning on the water. Challenge yourself on the tennis or pickleball court, then slow down through mindful planting, matcha making, art or sound. Refresh, breathe, release and restore with an ice bath or moments of stillness.

◆ Advance reservations are required for all classes and spa treatments. scheduled class.
◆ Spa treatment is valid until 31 January 2027.
◆ Guests must check in with their ticket at the Wellness Festival Desk at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class.
◆ Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
◆ Cancellations or changes to reservations are not permitted.
◆ Guests must be 16 years of age or older to attend the Wellness Festival.
◆ In the event of a dispute, The Peninsula Hotels Group reserves the right of final interpretation, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
