MODIFYING YOUR BOOKING:
Bookings can be modified within the validity date subject to availability and the terms of your voucher.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
No shows and late cancellation will result in cancellation of redeemed vouchers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VOUCHERS
• The rate quoted is per package, including discounts and extra benefits detailed.
• All services included in the voucher such as Spa, F&B must be consumed during the outlet's operational hours.
• Other additional expenses not detailed in the voucher are not included (beverages, snacks, orders out of outlet's operational hours)
• Vouchers are non-refundable, amendments of dates after reservation confirmation may incur fees at the hotel's discretion/policy.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• No shows and late cancellation will result in cancellation of redeemed vouchers.
• A copy of your Voucher must be presented at check-in with a photo ID.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Multiple vouchers can be purchased and combined for an extended stay.
• Voucher rates are inclusive of tax and service charge.
• Each voucher constitutes accommodation for the specified number of nights and benefits detailed in the package.
• Vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time and cannot be split in nights.
• Vouchers are redeemable until the stated validity date and cannot be extended past validity date.
