• The certificate can be used for a 1-night stay in the stated room type with full access to fitness,  spa and changing room
• The certificate is valid from 1 July until 20 December 2020 for Thai residents at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. The proof of Thai residences such as the passport or ID is required upon check-in
• The redeemable starting date may be changed subject to hotel’s reopening date
• All rates are inclusive of service charge and tax
