Terms & Conditions
•        The vouchers are applicable for the usage of accommodation at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit only and valid until 20 December 2021.
•        The vouchers will be issued with the name of the buyer.
•        This voucher (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt’s sister properties, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor discounts and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
•        The reservation should be made directly to the hotel’s reservation department: [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the date of stay and is subject to availability.
•        Cancellation policy for accommodation booking is within 48 hours prior to arrival which will be subject to one night room charge.
•        The privileges from VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center by Bumrungrad International Hospital is applicable for usage as a part of this package during the stay at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukumvit only. This privilege is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services, and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
•        It is the responsibility for the voucher holder to keep the vouchers safe and stored with equal care and attention as cash money at all times. In case of loss or theft the voucher will not be replaced.
•        The vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional campaigns.
•        The vouchers are not eligible for World of Hyatt program.
•        Should there be a difference in price, the voucher holder will need to pay the additional cost. No refunds are made for any difference in cost, and no new credit is issued for unused amounts.

เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด
•       บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้เพื่อเข้าพักที่โรงแรมไฮแอท รีเจนซี่ กรุงเทพ สุขุมวิทเท่านั้น และ มีอายุการใช้งานถึงวันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2564
•       บัตรกำนัลนี้ออกในนามผู้ซื้อ โดยถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้ซื้อเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้ บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
•       บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนหรือนำมาใช้กับการบริการหรือสินค้าประเภทอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดหรือร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ บัตรกำนัลนี้จะต้องนำมาใช้ภายในอายุการใช้งานที่กำหนดบนบัตรเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถขยายเวลาและไม่สามารถทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
•       ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องจองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 72 ชั่วโมงของวันที่ต้องการเข้าพัก ผ่านแผนกจองห้องพัก (Reservation) ที่อีเมล [email protected] เท่านั้น ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในกรณีที่ห้องพักไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการให้บริการ
•       หากต้องการยกเลิกการเข้าพัก ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องยกเลิกล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 48 ชั่วโมงของวันที่เข้าพัก เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงค่าธรรมเนียมในการยกเลิกซึ่งเท่ากับการเข้าพักหนึ่งคืนและค่าภาษี
•       สิทธิพิเศษจากศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพและความงาม ไวทัลไลฟ์เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแพ็กเกจและสามารถใช้ได้ในระหว่างการเข้าพักที่โรงแรม ไฮแอท รีเจนซี่ กรุงเทพฯ สุขุมวิทเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนหรือนำมาใช้กับการบริการหรือสินค้าประเภทอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดได้ บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถขยายเวลาและไม่สามารถทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
•       บัตรนี้เปรียบเสมือนเงินสด กรณีบัตรสูญหาย โรงแรมฯ ไม่สามารถทำการอายัดออกบัตรใหม่ หรือชดเชยมูลค่าของบัตรได้ ไม่รับบัตรของขวัญที่ชำรุดหรือมีสภาพไม่สมบูรณ์ และไม่รับคืนบัตรของขวัญที่ซื้อไปแล้วทุกกรณี
•       บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้
•       การชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมร่วมกับโปรแกรม World of Hyatt ได้ทั้งสิ้น
•       บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ ผู้ถือบัตรสามารถชำระค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่เกินมูลค่าของบัตรกำนัล หรือ ชำระส่วนต่างเพิ่มเติมด้วยเงินสดหรือบัตรเครดิต ในกรณีที่ยอดการใช้จ่ายเกินมูลค่าของบัตรกำนัล
