Yuzu Safari - Masters of Food &Wine
In 2025 Park Hyatt Bangkok proudly presents the 4th edition of Yuzu Safari, now officially part of the Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine global series. This milestone marks an exciting evolution of this culinary activation, elevating it into a sophisticated celebration of culture, craftsmanship and cross-cultural culinary excellence.
From 2022 to 2024 Yuzu Safari has been hosted as an independent signature event in collaboration with Mason Florence and some of Bangkok’s finest Chefs. The activation celebrates the annual Yuzu harvest, featuring premium-grade Yuzu fruit sourced directly from organic mountain farms in Kochi Prefecture – a coastal region of Shikoku, Japan, delivered fresh to Bangkok.
Developed once again in collaboration with Mason Florence, this edition will feature enhanced programming focused on educational and cultural experiences in line with the Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine.
Bringing together world-renowned and grassroots Japanese chefs alongside local culinary talents passionate about Japanese cuisine. Held in Bangkok, this activation showcases Yuzu fruit through exclusive dinner, as well as workshops with Japanese cuisine masters
