TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ticket Purchase & Account
1. Customers must register for a Megatix account using a valid email address.
2. Ticket prices include VAT 7% but exclude payment processing fees.
Hotel EDC Package
3. Booking a Hotel EDC package reserves the room only. Festival tickets are not included and must be selected separately (GA or VIP).
• One Bedroom: up to 2 festival tickets per order
4. Box Set and exclusive Hotel EDC Goodie Bag will be provided upon hotel check-in (if pick-up at hotel is selected). Each Box Set includes one wristband.
5. Customers have 15 minutes after purchase to verify ticket quantity and select wristband on-site pickup.
Payment Methods
6. Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Card, American Express, Alipay, QR Payment, WeChat Pay, Installment, TrueMoney Wallet.
Installment payments are available for purchases with a 2,000 THB deposit or up to 8 months with participating banks.
Box Set Collection
7. Box Sets will be available for pick-up at door only. Ticket holders must collect tickets on-site with valid ID and order confirmation.
Important Notices
• Box Set and Wristband pick up at the event only
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-upgradeable
• Tickets must be purchased through official channels only
• 1 E-Ticket (QR Code) per 1 wristband per 1 Boxset. In case the ticket buyer purchases more than 1 ticket in an order, you will receive wristband(s) and boxset(s) corresponding to the number of tickets ordered in the system.
Wristband Policy
• Lost wristbands: new ticket purchase required
• Damaged wristbands: replacement fee 500 THB (subject to organizer approval)
