🚌 Shuttle Bus Terms

1. Show your E-Ticket (QR Code) to receive a wristband for all 3 days.
2. Boarding and drop-off must be at the same selected pickup point.
3. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure. No responsibility for missed shuttle. (Return trip can still be used if the outbound trip is missed.)
4. For EDC Hotel packages, the ticket already includes a three-day round-trip shuttle bus service between the hotel and the EDC venue.

📌 Remark

• The Hotel Package includes room accommodation only. Festival Ticket is not included. A separate ticket must be purchased for entry to the EDC Main Festival.
• Each order can book only 1 room type. Add-on ticket(s) for attending the festival can be purchased based on the maximum occupancy per room.
• Add-on Ticket Types: 3-Day GA | Hotel Package or 3-Day VIP | Hotel Package
• 1 Add-on E-Ticket (QR Code) = 1 wristband = 1 boxset.
• If multiple tickets are purchased in one order, wristbands and boxsets will match the number of tickets.
• Customers who purchased tickets from EDC THAILAND DEC 2026 | FESTIVAL TICKET must collect wristbands via: Pick up at Event.
  Note: Wristbands cannot be collected at the hotel.
• Ticket prices include VAT 7% but exclude payment processing and delivery fees (if any).
• Guests must be at least 20 years old.
• Name modification is not allowed after payment completion.
• Withholding tax is not applicable.
• All bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-upgradeable.
• The organizer is not responsible for tickets or bookings from unauthorized sources.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify event details without prior notice.
• Do not share your E-Ticket (QR Code) or reference code. The organizer is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing this information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ticket Purchase & Account
1. Customers must register for a Megatix account using a valid email address.
2. Ticket prices include VAT 7% but exclude payment processing fees.

Hotel EDC Package
3. Booking a Hotel EDC package reserves the room only. Festival tickets are not included and must be selected separately (GA or VIP).
• One Bedroom: up to 2 festival tickets per order

4. Box Set and exclusive Hotel EDC Goodie Bag will be provided upon hotel check-in (if pick-up at hotel is selected). Each Box Set includes one wristband.

5. Customers have 15 minutes after purchase to verify ticket quantity and select wristband on-site pickup.

Payment Methods
6. Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Card, American Express, Alipay, QR Payment, WeChat Pay, Installment, TrueMoney Wallet.
Installment payments are available for purchases with a 2,000 THB deposit or up to 8 months with participating banks.

Box Set Collection
7. Box Sets will be available for pick-up at door only. Ticket holders must collect tickets on-site with valid ID and order confirmation.

Important Notices
• Box Set and Wristband pick up at the event only
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-upgradeable
• Tickets must be purchased through official channels only
• 1 E-Ticket (QR Code) per 1 wristband per 1 Boxset. In case the ticket buyer purchases more than 1 ticket in an order, you will receive wristband(s) and boxset(s) corresponding to the number of tickets ordered in the system.

Wristband Policy
• Lost wristbands: new ticket purchase required
• Damaged wristbands: replacement fee 500 THB (subject to organizer approval)
